What do you do if your client throws a party at the FIFA Museum and you have two weeks to make it happen?
You get moving fast!
This wasn’t just any event, it was a night to celebrate colleagues from around the world, recognising the positive transformation they’d brought to the company.
The venue was incredible: multiple floor-to-ceiling digital screens, some stretching up to seven metres high. With guests completely surrounded by motion and light, every creative decision had to be carefully balanced. Go too bright or fast, and you risk sensory overload. Go too soft and slow, and the energy disappears. We fine-tuned every movement and transition to keep the space alive, engaging and perfectly in sync with the night.
Our approach
We worked closely with our client and AV Tech crew to make sure every creative and technical decision worked in sync, turning the entire space into an immersive thank-you.
Taking cues from the client’s brand guidelines, we built on their sun-inspired graphics and developed the idea of sunrise to sunset which portrayed a visual journey that mirrored their global offices moving through time zones. Using gradients, light shifts and subtle transitions, we carried that story across every screen, creating a calm flow that evolved throughout the evening.
We animated the LED staircase
with a rising sunrise, leading
guests to the first floor and
into the game zone. Corridors
carried uplifting quotes about
transformation, while four bold
selfie walls invited guests to stop,
smile and share the party vibes.
At the heart of it all, a dynamic Wall of Fame celebrated every individual who had played a part in the company’s journey, an animated tribute to their collective success.
The outcome
In just two weeks, the FIFA Museum was transformed into an immersive celebration of MS
Reinsurance’s people and progress. Every detail, colour, motion, light, reflected their brand and spirit. The night built naturally, full of pride, energy and connection.
